Payment Options

Payment must be made in advance by Postal Money Order or PayPal.

Sorry, I do not accept personal checks.

I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express through Pay Pal only.

*NOTE - when paying through Pay Pal "unverified" buyers and "unconfirmed" addresses must wait for transaction to be completed, this may take up to 3-4 business days.

*NOTE - When paying with eCheck thru Pay Pal, there is a 3-4 day waiting period for eCheck to clear. I will not ship until payment has cleared.

Deposits in the amount of 25% are required to hold any available animals. SandStone Corns guarantees live, 100% healthy, and properly sexed animals. We ship Federal Express Priority Overnight (10:30 am delivery) directly to your door.

With the purchase of 5 or more animals, recieve a 15% discount! With a purchase price of $500 or more, recieve free shipping!

Shipping Methods

I ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Next Day for delivery to your door.

Once an animal is purchased, I can ship as early as the next business day

(excluding Thursdays and Fridays). Together, we will determine a shipping date

that is convenient for you to receive the package.

On the evening of the ship date, I will e-mail all pertinent tracking information to you.

Shipping costs are a flat $55.00 for up to 12 hatchlings. Heavier shipments may cost slightly more.

This includes Next Day Air shipping charges, an insulated shipping box

a seperate interior container for the animal, and any necessary heat or ice packs.

I do not cut any corners on any aspect of the shipping. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available and shipping charges will be discussed on an individual basis.

Sorry, I do not ship outside of the United States.

Guarantees -

Satisfaction Guarantee

All hatchling snakes are guaranteed to be voluntarily feeding on UNSCENTED NEWBORN MICE. All animals will be outwardly healthy and flawless. All animals are CAPTIVE hatched/born.

All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed. However, if an animal has been mis-sexed, I will need to be notified of it within the first 30 days after arrival. I will not sell any animals until they have shed and are established feeders. I make every effort to portray each animal honestly and fairly. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or credit of the purchase price. Payments received via Paypal will be credited in full less the 3% Paypal Transaction Fee. I must be notified in advance of any and all returns. Additionally, all returns must be shipped in the original containers with shipping pre-paid. Initial shipping expenses are non-refundable.

YOU MUST NOTIFY ME OF ANY PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY AFTER DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FOR POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS.

Shipping Guarantee

I guarantee live arrival under the following conditions:

-A responsible person is available to receive & inspect the package on the pre-determined delivery day. If someone is not home to receive the package as agreed upon, the Live Delivery Guarantee is voided.

NO EXCEPTIONS

WE ARE NOW SHIPPING VIA PRIORITY OVERNIGHT DELIVERY - SHIPPING COST IS A FLAT RATE FEE OF $60.00

All orders are professionally packed in a styro-foam insulated box along with the appropriate cold or heat packs, shipped overnight to your door. No hidden costs, no box or heat pack charges.

No orders will be shipped Thursdays, Fridays or Weekends.

Live arrival is guaranteed only if buyer is available at the time of delivery to Accept, and Inspect the package and I am contacted immediately of any problems.

We DO NOT cut corners when it comes to shipping.

* The guarantee of live delivery will be born exclusively by SANDSTONE CORNS. The carrier chosen to deliver the package is not going to be responsible and the customer is asked to PLEASE do not contact them about any problems. Any problems you experience are to be directed to us and us alone. One stipulation for shipping this way is that someone MUST be at home to accept delivery of the package. There will be NO guarantee of live delivery if the package is left on the doorstep because someone was not at home to accept it.

Deposits

I do take deposits; a deposit of 50% would give you priority.

Balance will be due within 30 days of notification that your order is ready.

Deposits are non refundable providing I successfully produce the animals you order, or you fail to pay the balance within the 30 days. (Unless a special arrangement has been worked out). Special requests will be filled dependent on the sex ratio. Payment must clear prior to shipping. Please contact me within 24 hours if any problems occur. In the event when you receive your order and there is a problem, you must save the order and contact me immediately to discuss proper adjustments and/or shipping the order back to me.

Phone/E-mail orders for live animals will be held for 3-4 mailing days while payment arrives. After the 4th day, animals will automatically be offered for sale again. Unless special arrangements have been worked out.

Layaway

We also offer a layaway plan on all animals, we require 50% down and 25% a month for 2 months. You will have a 5-day grace period each month, if a layaway payment is not received, we will attempt to notify you. If you cannot be reached, then we will assume that you are no longer interested in your order and it will be cancelled. If you choose to cancel a layaway order, all previous payments are forfeited and the animals will be back up for sale.

All orders are done on a first come - first served basis.

No minimum order required. Some species are in high demand or are produced in limited quantities, so plan ahead for best selection. Check our "Available" page to see pictures & prices of available hatchlings as well as surplus animals when they are offered for sale.

I fully expect to produce the animals listed each season. But as we all know, things don't always turn out as planned. Deposits left with me are non-refundable if you change your mind. PLEASE don't send money unless you're sure about what you want, or are at least willing to take other animals as a refund. I will return your deposit if I fail to produce the animals you wanted originally, but not if you change your mind. Once payment has been made the animals will be considered sold, there will be no refunds. If for some reason you change your mind, the animal/animals are yours and will be shipped as scheduled.

1. Orders that have been "Paid In Full" will have priority in the order they were received.

2. "Deposit" orders will follow, also in the order they were received.

I WILL NOT "HOLD" ANIMALS WITH OUT A DEPOSIT.

IMPORTANT: When placing an order please supply us with your phone number, it is required for the air bill and will help us expedite your order.

On Occasion I will offer up some animals for trade . I do NOT ship first in trades -

Miscellaneous

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all State, County, and City Ordinances regarding the ownership of any animal purchased from SandStone Corns.

I highly recommend anyone considering the purchase of a live animal to thoroughly research the care requirements for that animal prior to making a purchase. I gladly offer any assistance that I can regarding the animals featured here.
